Governance, Risk & Compliance

Pass underwriting. Avoid claim denials.

Cyber insurance readiness for organizations that can't afford a denied claim. We turn your controls into evidence: the kind underwriters accept and carriers pay on.

Cyber Insurance Readiness

Coverage you can count on.

Don't risk a denied claim over a technicality. Most denied cyber claims trace back to a gap between what was declared on the underwriting questionnaire and what was actually in place.

Underwriting Gap Analysis

Line-by-line review of your policy's underwriting questionnaire against your actual environment, before renewal exposes the gap for you.

Control Enforcement Checks

Verification that MFA, EDR, and privileged access management are actually enforced, not just documented in a policy.

Backup & Recovery Readiness

Backup immutability review and ransomware recovery testing, mapped against your policy's recovery requirements.

Incident Response Planning

Documented IR plans and tabletop exercises, plus evidence packages ready for renewal or claim submission.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

+
Does this guarantee our claim gets approved?+

No, and we'd be lying if we said otherwise. No security work can guarantee a claim decision, that's the insurer's call. What we can do is close the specific gaps (missing MFA, weak backup practices, incomplete documentation) that most commonly cause claims to be denied or reduced.

How is this different from just filling out the underwriting questionnaire ourselves?+

The questionnaire asks whether controls exist. We verify whether they're actually enforced. Insurers increasingly audit claims against what was declared, so the gap between "we have MFA" on paper and MFA actually enforced everywhere is exactly what gets claims denied.

Do you work with our specific broker or carrier?+

We're not tied to any single insurer, so the assessment is broker and carrier agnostic. That said, if you share your specific policy's questionnaire, we'll map our review directly to it.

How long does this take?+

Most readiness assessments run one to two weeks, depending on how much documentation and access you can provide up front.

What if we're missing controls the insurer expects?+

That's normal, and it's exactly what this is for. You'll get a prioritized list of what to fix before renewal, not just a pass/fail. We can advise on remediation directly if you want help closing the gaps.

Do we need to redo this every renewal cycle?+

We'd recommend it, especially if your environment or your policy's requirements have changed. Insurers update their questionnaires often, and a control that satisfied last year's renewal may not satisfy this year's.
